Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Fourth & Gray LLC, the Georgia company that runs Babycoming. By creating a page or using one, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them plain and short.
What Babycoming is
Babycoming gives parents a private web page for sharing labor and delivery updates with family and friends. Parents post from their dashboard. Family follows along from a link, and can react, leave notes, and guess baby's arrival.
Babycoming is not for emergencies or medical communication. Never rely on it to reach a doctor, a hospital, or emergency services, or to get urgent news to someone. Notifications can be delayed or missed, depending on each person's device and settings.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create a page. Family and friends can view and take part in a page without an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your page.
Your page and your content
What you post belongs to you. That includes your updates, photos, and announcement. You give us permission to store your content and show it to the people who can see your page, only so we can run Babycoming. We never use your photos or updates for anything else, and we never sell them.
Please only post photos and information you have the right to share, and be thoughtful about other people who appear in your photos.
Family and friends
If you leave a note, a reaction, or a guess on someone's page, the parents and everyone who can see that page can see it. The parents can hide or delete anything on their page. Please be kind. This is a big, tender moment for the people you're following.
Privacy and sharing
Anyone with your page link can see your page unless you turn on approval. With approval on, you decide who gets in. Saving photos from the page is turned off, but no website can prevent screenshots, so share your link with people you trust. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What's not allowed
- Posting anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
- Posting someone else's private information or photos without their permission.
- Pretending to be someone else, or creating a page for someone without their permission.
- Trying to get into pages you weren't invited to, or interfering with how Babycoming works.
- Using Babycoming to advertise or to send spam.
We may remove content or close a page that breaks these rules.
Payment
You can create a page, pick a theme, and post test updates for free. To share your page with family, you make a one-time payment of $14. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
Refunds
If Babycoming isn't right for you, email hello@babycomingapp.com within 7 days of paying for a full refund, as long as no updates have been shared with family. Once updates have been shared, payments aren't refundable.
How long your page lasts
Your page stays up for 12 months after baby arrives. If no birth announcement is ever shared, it stays up for 12 months from the day it went live. After that, your page and everything on it is permanently deleted. We'll email you before that happens. You can also pause, close, or ask us to delete your page at any time.
Changes and availability
We work hard to keep Babycoming running, especially on the days that matter most. Still, we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we provide it as is. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever stop offering Babycoming, we'll give parents notice and a fair chance to save their content.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Fourth & Gray LLC isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, or for what other people do with what they see on your page, including screenshots. If we are responsible for a problem, the most we owe you is the amount you paid for your page.
Ending things
You can stop using Babycoming and ask us to delete your page at any time. We may suspend or close a page that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Georgia law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If there's ever a disagreement, we'd like to try to work it out with you directly first. Please email us.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and let parents know by email before the changes take effect.
